Playing Princess

So playing princess has become a part of our household.  These photos I took probably a week after Abbey's birthday.  There she is in the sleeping beauty dress, arm stacked with her purses, ready to take off on her tricycle.  Since then, she likes to wear 2-3 dresses at a time.  They take a beating and I've already dedicated a whole nap time to repairs!  Adam also wants in on the action...this Tiana dress is the only one that fits him...I don't blame him...he sees them, gets excited and says PRINCESS.  I tell him he can be Prince Adam.  He's already losing the interest, though.  Abbey is not.  I have to hide the box and take it out sometimes because she gets obsessive.  Hmm. Wonder she gets that from.
Cute :)
The rare photo of the kids together....Princess A-Team haha.
Watching Toy Story, I think.  As for the shoes that came with them, they are way too big for Abbey and she gets ticked when she tries to walk in them and she can't, yelling in frustration.  Adam puts them on occasionally, but has lost interest.  They both prefer to organize them in the little box they came in.  The little ballet slippers that came with them irritate Abbey once she has them on...I think it's a texture thing or she is irritated because they are so loose and Princess Abigail likes things JUST SO.  It's cute that she is this young and likes the concept of "dressing up" so much!

  1. Good to know this. The princess dress-up phase can be very fun, but I know you have resisted a bit. But, looks like Abbey has decided she wants the pink fluff-n-stuff.
