I stayed up too late. I tend to in general, but it was until 12:30 and then Todd's phone started ringing at 5am, 45 minutes before I planned to get up so I didn't even get in my five hours. I have a raging headache. I should be getting stuff done. At least I don't have to drag the kids around in the snow.
Bobby is now coming one day a week, but for a big portion of the day, instead of two mornings. So yesterday, Wednesday, which I call Mommy-Adam day because it's the only day it's just me and him going to school, I stayed with him and played a little (he's come a LONG way but still is a little awkward) and then went home to feed Ellie and get ready for my blood pressure check appointment while Bobby took Abbey to breakfast. Ellie cried so hard when I left that I ended up having to call Bobby from the doctor's office to make sure she had stopped. She had. She doesn't like me leaving now, but she gets over it.
Todd has ordered me to go clothes shopping. I HATE THIS. Nothing looks good on me or flatters me. It's not just being fat, but being shaped like Humpty Dumpty. Add on that I'm always too hot for sweaters, I can't stand tight necks and that boat necks are unflattering and my options are limited. Oh, and i hate sheer sleeves , which they always put on big clothes as they look awful on kmy upper arms. And i don't wear sleeveless. And that most fat clothes are OLD LADY clothes. I don't need to look hip or trendy, but I don't need to pull out the retirement pants yet. Great Northern Mall stinks, it's s deserted that I don't know how it's open still. I got a couple of things between CJ Banks and the Dress Barn. Sears fat clothes were awful. An hour and a half and I'd had enough. I bought one overprices outfit for meetings and a pair of jeans and some tights. And I did get some boots. I even hate shoe shopping as my feet got bigger from being pregnant. The only boots I saw that I didn't mind that were wide enough were.... Doc Martens. It was fate. They aren't the heavy industrial boots I once wore... a lighter, cheaper version. It was like going back in time.
My head is KILLING me.

I can never find anything at Great Northern. I hate to say it, but I sort of have to go to Destiny and spend more if I want nicer clothes. Sucks, but I have a better chance of finding SOMETHING that looks okay if I go there with my money.
