Last spring, I think it must've been late April, it was warm and chilly and the lawn between the driveway and our main door were covered in these beautiful little flowers. Abbey just loved to sit in them. These photos don't do it justice...even the neighbors commented on how pretty it looked, though they are technically weeds!
I can't believe how little she looks here! And her hair hadn't quite gone wild yet :)
I remember taking these photos with my cell phone and sending them to a few people. It just felt like the beginning of spring. There's something about the promise of summer that puts me in a good mood.

She is still little. Her hair is definitely longer!!!!
