Bittersweet Ballroom

What's going to be the living room I've called the ballroom from the start.  While really not even close to being that big, that's what it reminded me of.  It's the center of the house and has so much character.  Here's the right side.  You can see the bird room off the back.  On the other wall you can't see is a mirror wall with shelves. 

The center.  This is what you see when you walk into the house if the French doors are open.  I love it.  They are replacing these windows now and there was a ton of rot under it.  Not surprised as the first time we were in the house, the window was open and vines were growing in.  

Left side.  You can see the dining room and there's actually an old pocket door that closes it off.  

Original light fixture needs some TLC.  It's getting painted now.  Practically the same color.  It'll be a great space to entertain.  If we want to.  There's a cabinet to the left as you walk in full of built ins. Looks like someone had wired up quite the security at some point.
