Our Room
This is our room. The original garage. At some point an office. With the remains of a kitchen I think in one of the closets. This crazy house. It has no less than three doors to the outside. These open to the driveway. If it didn't require a building permit, we'd turn them into windows. The room has two regular closets and a huge walk-in. And a mantel with no fireplace. And seven light fixtures.
And an oak railing. It's going to be blue.

Those oak railings are expensive. I know. I paid a fortune for mine. Not at all surprised about the oddities. You have the right attitude. Nothing to get in a snit about. Just take them as they come and deal with them. Does annoy me though that you'd need a building permit for windows. That's BS. You aren't building anything. Just another way to tax us. Don't I sound like a homeowner?
