Abbey's Room

Yesterday I drove up to Dewitt to pay a bill and ran over to the house.  Painting upstairs is in full swing, where structural and complicated issues have not been the case.  This is Abbey's room.  She has skylights and a fireplace.  And a weird sponge paint yellow and the names of various people probably kids written inside the fireplace.  And a decent closet, the largest upstairs.  She said she wanted pink and I showed her some strips.  No hesitation.  Sweet 16 pink.  They have been painting trim and priming.  Her room also has original 1940's shutters for the windows.  

And shutters for the fireplace.  We are putting an electric insert in I don't want anything flying in or Abbey to try and climb up.  Love the wood floors.
