Way back on Christmas Eve, I was really sick. And so was Abbey. We had people coming over...Todd's stepmother, Holly and Bobby. I had plans for a big spread full of appetizers. I got most of it done, but in a haze. I made a sandwich platter, homemade meatballs and sauce with hot sausage and some other things. In the photo above, you can see Miss Abbey playing with the tea set Kathy got her. She's pretty pale and she was pretty moody, but she still had fun. Grandma wanted a picture with Abbey. Don't you love her miserable face?

Holly playing with Adam. She made us these awesome cozy fleece blankets. Abbey has literally taken mine over...it's in her bed! So, Holly is making her one for her birthday.
It was a nice evening, though I was kind of out of it and don't remember all the details! Kids had fun!
That's really nice. You all have each other for a family holiday get-together, but there isn't pressure to run around on Christmas morning.
