Last night, Adam actually peed in the toilet. I guess, for me, this is huge. I mean, I've spent countless hours and worries on this. Sunday night, he peed on the closed seat, so I knew we were making progress, but thought maybe it was an accident. But last night, while sitting on it and me right there, he went. He was so proud of himself. I was proud of him. Now I can stop worrying constantly that he doesn't have a chance of making it to pre-school in September.
When it comes down to it, it really was because he wanted to play with the Darth Vadar we have in the bathroom as incentive.

ReplyDeleteWhatever works. Darth Vader to the rescue. It was bound to happen sooner or later. Now that he has it down, it will get better and better....and cheaper when you don't have to buy so many diapers.
