Old Friend Get Together

 

 In the middle of May, Mike and Jenn Moran whom I worked with, and for, stopped in town at Jackie's.  I took the A-team over to see them.  Sometimes you don't realize how good a friend is until later.  Jenn, Jackie and I used to spend hours together working on programming and other stuff as well as meals as hanging out.  Jenn was our supervisor.  And getting together six years later, sitting around Jackie's dining room table, it's like no time has passed.  Now there's six kids among the three of us, so there have been SOME changes lol.  Oh, and Jackie and I are both have new husbands.  I was a basket case when I went through my divorce and both these women saw me almost every day, through better and worse.  Isn't Annaleise adorable?  And Miss Maddie LOVES babies.  Quiten was with his Dad and Ellie was in my belly, but the other kids played.  Adam followed Maddie everywhere!

And, as usual, once Abbey heard we were leaving, she had to go...!   We had pizza and pastries and in no time, a couple of hours passed.  Not enough time.  I believe it will be the same forty yeas from now.  And the funny thing?  Usually you think with three one person is left out of the chatter.  Not us.
