Abbey's Helper

Adam adores his sister. Besides the jealousy that occasional pops up, he has pleasantly surprised me with how loving and adoring he is. If I say, Abbey's crying lets go get her, he comes with me. If he hears her crying in her room, he will go to the door and bang on it. He insists on kissing her first thing when they are both up. It's amazing and makes me heart feel so big. He has even come around a little on sharing, giving her a garbage truck occasionally while she's in her bathtub as she isn't always such a fan. And he abides mostly by the rule that he cannot steal what's in her hands, though he will hoard everything else around her :)

Last week, I was feeding Abbey breakfast. The phone rang, I spoke to my mom briefly, and when I came back this is what I saw.



He didn't stop there, either! When I put her in her tub after, he brought that spoon into the bathroom and promptly stuck it into her mouth, though she didn't appreciate it as much then :)
